Jim Beaudoin advises accredited investors, business owners, and retirees, designing tax-aware portfolios that integrate traditional investments with institutional-quality alternatives. His approach emphasizes clarity, collaboration, and disciplined risk management- helping clients pursue growth and stability through changing markets.

Background

Jim co-founded Watermark Asset Management in 2006 following more than a decade in institutional asset management with Brinson Partners in Chicago, Strong Capital Management, and Robert W. Baird in Milwaukee. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Economics from Marquette University in 1991.

Community

A resident of Elm Grove since 2004, Jim serves on the Board of Directors for the March of Dimes Wisconsin Chapter. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, tennis, sports car racing, and spending time with his family.
